This novella is the sequel to Vivi Anna's "Bad to the Bone," which was pretty much a teaser and ended with a cliff hanger. Since this story is a novella, it is shorter than books. Despite that, the author did a solid job of producing well-rounded characters, a good storyline and plot. This story takes off right where "Bad to the Bone" left off. Therefore, I would recommend reading "Bad to the Bone" first to get a more in-depth background story of Olivia & Garrick. But, this novella could very well be a stand alone read. Olivia was a headstrong heroine & doesn't take BS from anyone. Garrick was a likeable hero also. They definitely shared a sizzling chemistry! Amazon did a great job with the summary of this novella so I won't go into it. Overall, this was a good read. It's not too short or too long. I finished it in one sitting. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed when the first book just ended, and there were some disappointments in this book, like it w asnt longer, but this book was sexy, the biggest problem for me is they didnt really sort out the whys he sent her away other than a sentence or two..but over all liked this book
Loved the action and the chemistry of the characters. The story was well written that it holds your attention from beginning to end. I'm so ready to read part three and highly entertaining.
You will never be disappointed with Vivi Anna . This tale was dangerous adventure with lots of twists and sexy romance !!!
This is book two of the series and the second half of the story that begins in book one, Bad to the Bone, which ends with a cliffhanger. The H claimed his mate in book one, then sent her away "for her own good". She left but is back, as a rival alpha' s woman. And the one thing on her mind is revenge. VS has done an excellent job of building tension with this two parter. It is impossible to put down. But for me this is only a two book series, since I won't be buying book three, which is only 40 pages long at a full length price.
My goodness what people do for love. At almost to the end of this books I was in tears. I thought she was going to die when she was asking him crazy questions I felt something wasn't right but she gave him a family. Not 1 baby but 2 🐕🐕she was suppose to be dieing😁 but giving birth I can understand why she wanted to cut his balls I Will tell all my friends They shouldn't let these Werewolf books I been reading pass them. It makes you laugh an cry. They're great books to relax read an not wanting to put it down not even for a min an they're only 99cent.I am going to read all Vivi Anna books that is for sure.Have a great day JJ
WOW! A fast paced page turner from start to finish! I enjoyed Vivi's writing before, but this book was the cherry on top. A very satisfying read!

Garrett is now alpha and is on constant apart due to another pack alpha (Fisher) who wants to combine packs and be sole alpha with Garrett as second. Garrett does not want to hear any of it and has not felt whole since he turned away Olivia.

Olivia has her own plans. Revenge and a hope of the sweet taste of it. After over a year of not seeing Garrett, she's not ready for his charms and allure. It's a very rocky road ahead with two soul that are meant to be as one.
